Jafra Enhances Online Image

Refreshed website complements direct sales

Jafra Cosmetics International, Inc., a direct sales company operating through its own subsidiaries and distributors in more than 17 countries, has enhanced its online presence starting today with a redesigned global corporate website hub at www.jafra.com.

The new corporate site features the company’s roots in Malibu, CA, through contemporary design, California-casual images, colorful graphics, and conversational-style content along with a modern, fresh and stylish message.

Visitors to the Jafra site can enjoy an interactive experience with easy-to-navigate choices and options, such as personalized skin profile tests, rotating carousel images, colorful graphics, video and streamlined product presentation.

“Our new digital presence is a dynamic destination and it tells a compelling story about the Jafra experience,” said Dr. Friedrich Kroos, Jafra’s president and chief executive officer. “It’s a message that showcases our history, products, business opportunities, company citizenship and our exciting forward-looking strategy as we grow our business.”

Currently Jafra offers more than 700 cosmetic and skin-care products sold through an international network of consultants. To serve this multicultural audience, the website will eventually be fully operational in multiple languages.

Over the next year Jafra plans to roll out two additional phases of the website; both phases will have the same dynamic look and feel of the corporate website. Updated regional websites and consultant personal websites are slated for the third quarter 2010, followed by a web portal that provides consultants with a sophisticated system of ‘real time’ tracking and a host of business communications tools.
